RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

In accordance with French consumer law, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, as per EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Hygiene-related products (if unsealed)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact help@lissemode.shop with your order number
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at help@lissemode.shop with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
