SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase (business days only). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days after processing
- Delivery times may be longer due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier delays)
Shipping Locations
We ship to addresses within France and the European Union. International shipping to other countries may be available upon request.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs and Duties
For shipments outside France:
- EU orders: No additional customs duties
- Non-EU orders: Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to track your package.
Delivery Issues
- Lost Packages: Contact help@lissemode.shop if your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delivery Delays: We are not liable for carrier delays
Address Changes
Contact us immediately at help@lissemode.shop if you need to change your shipping address. We cannot modify addresses after orders have shipped.
